Your Role
As a PMO Consultant, you help structure and steer projects for transport operators, logistics companies and mobility providers. You ensure governance, planning, reporting and stakeholder coordination run smoothly.
What You Will Do
* Support project governance (SteerCo, followups, reporting).
* Maintain planning, risks, issues, budgets and KPIs.
* Prepare project documentation (status reports, RAID, meeting minutes).
* Organize workshops and coordinate stakeholders.
* Ensure quality and consistency in tools (Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, MS Project).
* Support change, communication and user readiness.
Your Profile
* Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar.
* 2–5 years of experience as PMO or Project Coordinator.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Comfortable with planning & reporting tools.
* Fluent in Dutch and/or French + strong English.
