We are looking for an Analista de RH JR to work at our Ribas do Rio Pardo/MS unit.
PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES
* Admissão e Demissão: Support new employee admissions, contract drafting, employee registration and onboarding. Assist in termination processes, including severance and homologation.
* Benefícios: Control and administration of benefits such as transportation voucher, meal voucher, health plan and others, ensuring deadlines and communication with providers.
* Controle de Ponto: Monitor and verify electronic and manual time sheet records, ensuring compliance with working hours and current legislation.
* Documentação: Verify employee documentation and keep it organized and updated (file records, work cards, contracts, etc.).
* Atendimento aos Colaboradores: Provide support to employees on issues related to personnel processes such as salary, benefits, vacations, and others.
* Conformidade Legal: Assist in fulfilling legal obligations related to the Personnel Department and organize documents for audits.
* Controle de Férias: Organize the vacation schedule, ensuring requests are met per legislation and internal policies.
* Apoio em rotinas administrativas: Support administrative activities in Human Resources such as system updates, reports, indicators, corporate training, and others.
REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES
* Higher education in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of labor legislation and personnel routines.
* Familiarity with HR management systems.
* Proficiency with spreadsheets and Office tools, especially Excel.
* Good communication and interpersonal relationships.
* Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
Regime de contratação: Efetivo (CLT)
Jornada de Trabalho: Segunda à Quinta das 07h as 17h, Sexta das 07h às 16h.
