* Act as a key internal point of contact for technical and operational questions
* Support internal stakeholders with systems, tools, and processes
* Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot recurring technical issues
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution
Project & Analytical Focus
* Participate in internal projects related to process optimization, system implementations, and efficiency improvements
* Analyze data, workflows, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities
* Support the implementation and roll-out of new tools, procedures, or solutions
* Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for internal stakeholders
* Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives
* Bachelor's degree (technical, scientific, business, IT, or similar field)
* Strong analytical mindset with an interest in projects and implementation work
* Fluent in French and English, good level of Dutch
* Comfortable working with data, reports, and internal tools
* Structured, organized, and solution-oriented
* Proactive and hands-on attitude
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
