4. Contributing to projects that introduce new functionality or extend existing and new modules.
5. Developing in a dev environment and migrating changes correctly via update sets or scoped applications.
6. Participating in platform and module upgrades (ITSM, CSM, WSD), including preparation, testing, clone-backs, and post-upgrade checks.
7. Phasing out or replacing legacy custom applications when needed.
8. Maintaining documentation and sharing knowledge within the team.
9. Continuously learning about new ServiceNow modules, features, and best practices.
10. Actively contributing ideas around performance optimization, governance, and platform improvements.
