Brand Manager (Mid–Senior)Marketing with substance. Brands with impact.We are looking to welcome an additional Brand Manager to our marketing team—someone who is eager to contribute to the sustainable growth of strong brands within the healthcare sector.Our marketing team plays a central role in driving brand performance and innovation. We are looking for a colleague who thrives in a collaborative environment and aligns with values such as ownership, integrity, teamwork, and high performance.As part of the marketing team, you understand that brand management goes beyond campaigns and marketing plans. You act as the link between strategy and creativity, and between insights and execution.You will join a close-knit organization that combines the advantages of a local, agile working environment with the resources and expertise of a broader international structure.If you combine strategic marketing capabilities with experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, and enjoy working in an environment where your impact is immediately visible and where initiative is encouraged, this role may be a great fit.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage strategic brand and marketing plans (both short- and long-term) for an assigned brand portfolio.Analyze market insights, trends, and business objectives to create effective campaigns, positioning strategies, and pricing approaches.Partner closely with the sales team to ensure strong alignment between marketing strategy and commercial execution, including providing training, tools, and clear brand messaging.Manage and collaborate with external creative and marketing agencies, ensuring consistency and quality across all marketing materials.Lead product launches from concept to market, ensuring both commercial success and medical accuracy.Oversee and manage the marketing budget, adjusting activities based on performance insights and results.Candidate ProfileMaster’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field, ideally complemented by a scientific background or strong affinity with healthcare/medical topics.Several years of experience in brand management or product management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer health sector.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured, hands-on approach to execution.Experience working with creative agencies and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
