✔️ Your role at Cheil: Digital Marketing Manager (Performance & CRM)


✔️ What we are looking for?


We are looking for a generalist in digital marketing with a strong background in performance marketing, capable of driving paid media campaigns, coordinating cross-functional marketing projects, and supporting CRM and sales activation initiatives as needed by the business. This person will play a key role in bridging strategy and execution, ensuring that marketing initiatives are implemented with agility, rigor, and a focus on results.

✔️ Key Responsibilities:


* Plan, coordinate, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels, ensuring efficiency, high-quality execution, and a results-oriented approach.
* Provide support for specific marketing projects related to customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, promotions, or product launches.
* Collaborate on CRM initiatives, including campaign activation, audience segmentation, and results tracking.
* Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure the proper implementation of campaigns and projects in a timely and effective manner.
* Provide support for specific offline media or traditional paid media initiatives when they are part of the marketing plan.
* Oversee materials, timelines, budgets, billing, and deliverables, ensuring organization, tracking, and consistency.
* Analyze campaign and project results, draw conclusions, and propose actionable improvements.
* Contribute to an integrated approach encompassing acquisition, activation, and retention.



✔️ Key Skills & requirements:


* Previous experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance and paid media.
* A generalist profile, with the ability to work on a variety of campaigns, projects, and activations.
* Functional knowledge of CRM, the customer journey, and loyalty or reactivation initiatives.
* Analytical skills and a clear focus on KPIs and business results.
* Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
* A decisive, organized, proactive individual with an execution-oriented mindset.
* Experience in omnichannel environments and offline initiatives related to marketing or media is a plus.
* C1 level of English required, with advanced English writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and external suppliers.

🕛Timetable from Monday to Thursday from 09.00-18.15 and Fridays from 09.00-15.00. July and August, we have an intensive working day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 15:00.

📍We are located in Alcobendas and we have a direct bus service, 100% free, with departures from Plaza Castilla, Chamartín and Nuevos Ministerios to our offices.
