As Principal Tech Lead you will be the senior-most technical authority within our engineering squads. Your mission: define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms that power our business.
You'll lead a team of talented Squad Technical Leads, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll balance big-picture thinking with technical execution.
What you'll do
Technical Leadership:
•Act as the technical authority and subject matter expert for the Private Cloud Tribe.
•Define and execute technical roadmaps for private cloud infrastructure (VMware, Nutanix, OpenShift).
•Ensure scalability, reliability, and security across platforms.
•Provide mentorship and technical training to engineering squads.
Collaboration & Alignment:
•Partner with Technology and Product Architects to align solutions with business goals.
•Work closely with Product Owners to translate priorities into actionable technical strategies.
•Promote Agile and DevOps principles within squads.
Culture & Team Development:
•Build high-performing squads and foster a culture of trust, diversity, and continuous learning.
•Inspire innovation and celebrate team achievements.
Platform Optimization:
•Drive modernization initiatives, retiring legacy systems and adopting cutting-edge technologies.
•Optimize performance and cost-efficiency through automation and resource utilization.
•Oversee disaster recovery planning and risk mitigation.
What we're looking for
•Proven technical leadership with experience as a Technical Lead or Head of Engineering, driving architecture and delivery of large-scale platforms.
•Deep expertise in private cloud technologies (VMware vSphere, OpenStack, Nutanix) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines).
•Strong infrastructure knowledge across networking, servers, databases, middleware, and security compliance.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on capability, able to define technical roadmaps and optimize performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, fostering collaboration, mentoring teams, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
