Job Description
* Manage front-office activities: greeting visitors, handling phone calls, mail, and deliveries.
* Provide administrative support to various teams (document preparation, filing, scheduling).
* Coordinate meetings and assist with travel arrangements and logistics.
* Ensure proper office organization and supplies management.
* Assist with internal communication, onboarding of new employees, and office events.
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers when needed.
* Support in expense reporting, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up.
* Contribute to a positive office atmosphere through initiative and team spirit.
The Successful Applicant
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Administration, or equivalent.
* Has 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an international or service-oriented company is a plus).
* Is fluent in French and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
* Demonstrates strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Has a service-oriented attitude and enjoys supporting others.
* Is discreet, reliable, and professional in all interactions.
* Works confidently with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern digital tools.
* Is flexible, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities with ease.
