Tasks:
* Implement operational processes with new printer service provider and stabilise printing services
* Set up printer reporting page
* Support IS Infrastructure team in service management tasks and small projects
* Ticket coordination and tracking
* Local coordination of global projects and activities
* Run small projects and manage a small virtual server environment
* Act as Manager on Duty for high severity incidents
Mandatory Skills:
* Minimum 3 years in IS Infrastructure Service Management
* Experience in printer contract and printer service provider management
* Project management skills
* Knowledge of server and storage systems and operations
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
Nice-to-Have Skills:
* ITIL certification or equivalent
* Broader IS infrastructure knowledge
Soft Skills:
* Strong communication skills
* Target-focused and independent
* Team player
* Process-oriented and analytical
Tools:
* Microsoft 365 suite
* ServiceNow (or equivalent ticketing tool)
Languages:
* German: Fluent (written and spoken)
* English: B2 level
