We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OneStream Expert to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of our OneStream XF platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate performance management (CPM), financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
You’ll collaborate with finance, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure our OneStream environment is delivering maximum value and scalability to meet business needs.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Design & Configuration: Lead the architecture, design, and configuration of OneStream applications (consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting).
* Implementation Support: Manage or assist in the implementation and rollout of OneStream solutions, including upgrades and enhancements.
* Financial Process Automation: Streamline and automate complex financial processes, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and audit compliance.
* Data Integration: Oversee data mapping and integrations from ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) into OneStream.
* End-User Enablement: Train finance and business users on the platform and develop user guides and documentation.
* Maintenance & Optimization: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues; suggest performance or functional improvements.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and third-party vendors or consultants.
🧠Required Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on OneStream XF experience (implementation, administration, and/or development).
* Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, FP&A, and reporting processes.
* Proven track record working with complex financial data structures and hierarchies.
* Proficiency in OneStream tools such as Dashboards, Cube Views, Extensible Documents, and Business Rules.
* Experience with integration tools and scripting languages (VB.NET, SQL, XML).
* Ability to translate business requirements into OneStream solutions.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
* OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Implementation or Admin (preferred but not required).
* Experience with finance systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, NetSuite, or Workday.
* Background in finance, accounting, or MIS (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
* Experience in working within Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
