As Senior Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and accelerating our existing Women Health and Lifestyle business, embodying the voice of the consumer while driving the brand P&L.
Reporting to the Brand Lead, the Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing acumen, operational discipline, and a passion for improving the wellbeing of our consumers through impactful product offerings. You will work for BeNe, with offices in Ghent and Rotterdam. You can work from Ghent or Rotterdam. If your home country is Belgium, we ask for a minimum of 1 day/month presence in the Netherlands (and vice versa). Where needed and upon request of your manager, this can be more than 1 day/month.
Scope of the Role
* Deliver Business Goals, Develop & implement Brand Marketing Strategy
* Work with Brand Lead & Management to develop short & long-term business & brand plans for assigned brands.
* Prepare business cases to generate brand growth & optimize P&L
Develop Best in Class Roll-out & Activation Plans
* Contribute to & drive NPD launches, leveraging Central success models and adapting to local requirements
* Develop omnichannel activation plans aligned with overall business goals and global guidelines
* Collaborate & work closely with key stakeholders: Management, CS&I, Regulatory, Supply, Demand, Corporate, Media & Marketing Agencies
Develop Local Brand Success Model
* Track campaign performance and metrics, analyze results, and optimize plans for continuous improvement
* Support the preparation of South West monthly Cluster meetings, working closely with the Brand Lead to formulate needs & action plans for the Women Health and Lifestyle Category.
* Drive ‘test & learn’ across touchpoints, set clear KPIs, take learning & amplify
* Share local learnings with central teams
Support market analysis & performance tracking
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer feedback.
* Manage brand budget & ensure effective resource allocation
* Use analytics to make data-driven recommendations for future activities & campaigns
* Support collaboration with Central teams to update on performance and inform on competitive activities
Experience Required
* Minimum 5+ years of experience within Consumer Health or Consumer Product Goods.
* Experience with medical regulation is a plus.
* University Degree or equivalent.
* Proven experience in managing analytically demanding initiatives.
* Success in working in cross-functional teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Expertise in forecast models, segmentation, pricing strategies, and reporting tools.
* Consumer & marketing understanding: a consumer-centric mindset and experience working with central teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Analytical excellence using data-driven analytics to craft strategies and improve performance.
* Ability to manage complexity and prioritize multiple projects.
* Growth mindset: embracing challenges and fostering continuous learning.
