Life Fitness France - As a Logistics Planner, you will be responsible for the daily planning of deliveries, transport, and installations of fitness equipment throughout France.Your responsibilities:1) Planning & CoordinationPlan installations across France.Organize transport and coordinate installation teams (both internal and external).Establish and monitor installation rates applied to external teams.Develop and ensure optimal planning, taking into account priorities, delivery deadlines, and resource availability.Work closely with the sales department to ensure customer satisfaction and proper follow-up of client expectations.2) Customer RelationsAct as the first point of contact for all questions related to deliveries and installations.Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding planning, delivery dates, and possible changes.Coordinate operational aspects with various internal departments.3) Warehouse Management & Internal CommunicationForward orders to the warehouse and monitor their processing.Ensure orders are complete and delivered on time.Coordinate with the warehouse on departures, responsibilities, and priorities.Inform customers of any stock issues or potential delays.4) Analysis & ReportingAnalyze projects/orders and perform post-calculation follow-up.Report blocking points, discrepancies, and suggest optimizations.5) AdministrationCreate assignments for internal staff carrying out missions in France.Manage documents and administration related to deliveries, installations, and teams.Your profile:You are recognized for your planning skills.You are customer-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills.You are fluent in French.
