Key Account Manager Supply Chain DACH
Purpose of the role:
* Represent your customers' interests within Supply Chain and communicate their needs effectively.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Supply Chain Teams to develop joint strategies that enhance SC performance, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction in a sustainable manner.

Purpose of the role:
* Be the voice of your customers within Supply Chain & towards EDC Bilzen and vice versa.
* Drive the joint Supply Chain plans in close collaboration with the in-country Operations and Supply Chain Teams to optimize the overall SC performance, cost and customer satisfaction in a sustainable way.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Customer Supply Chain Optimization
* Lead business units to improve their main KPIs and challenge existing Supply Chain processes to create a seamless customer journey together.
* Focus on further Supply Chain (SC) Integration with countries and End-to-End thinking (Supply Chain - Operations - Carglass Customers).
* Dive deep into branch processes and connect with frontline stakeholders (branches & call centers). Drive simplification and standardization where possible.
* Collect, share, develop, and drive Supply Chain best practices and new ideas to help business units become more efficient and profitable.
* Develop business cases to support future plans with strong financial figures.
* Add value to the business by leading, driving, or supporting key Supply Chain projects.
Key Account Management
* Establish excellent and trustworthy two-way relationships with all relevant stakeholders (including Senior Stakeholders) in our Belron business units and Belron partners.
* Play a leading role in preparing sales budgets and forecasts for EDC Bilzen in the DACH region.
* Be the voice of your customers within Supply Chain Europe North and EDC Bilzen and vice versa.
* Set up and drive routines to manage and control both customer KPIs and supply KPIs. Propose improvements that positively impact customer performance on main KPIs such as conversion, Net Promoter Score, and retention.
* Work closely and develop excellent relationships with European Supply Chain colleagues and within EDC Bilzen.
You will report directly to the Customer Supply Chain Manager Europe North & ROW and become part of the Leadership Team of EDC Bilzen.
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Master's degree (ideal in Economics/Logistics) and/or proven track record in operational management of decentralized service industries (can be as an Operational Manager, Operations Support Manager, or other Supply Chain roles).
* Minimum 5 years in a management role in an international environment where Supply Chain and Customer Service played a vital role.
* Customer Delight is part of your DNA, and you have a proven track record in internal account management.
* You possess a strong commercial sense, a curious mind, and a burning desire to contribute to strategic and business development decisions.
* Act as a promoter and driver of change (projects, future) with solid Project Management skills.
* Have an innate analytical feeling, ideally a track record in data analysis, and/or experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Ability to switch between holistic strategic elements and zoom into details when necessary.
* English and German communication skills (oral and written) are essential. For Belgian candidates, Dutch is mandatory, while non-Belgian candidates should be willing to learn Dutch.
* Mobility: expected presence in Bilzen minimum 2 days a week and up to 30% travel per year.
