We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven Business Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience, ready to build up their business unit, drive sales, and empower consultants to shine at our clients.
What you'll be doing
Business Development
* Build and execute strategies to leverage market opportunities
* Identify targets and prospect new clients
* Understand the technical, business, and human challenges of client projects
* Shape the best answers (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time
* Negotiate and close deals
* Nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
Recruitment
* Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top experts
* Source, interview, evaluate, and hire consultants aligned with Movify's strategy
* Build your network of qualified experts, ready to start a new mission
People
* Ensure people management and follow-up your consultants
* Support consultants in their career growth and development
* Follow-up your active projects on a frequent basis
Skills & qualifications
* 3–5 years of successful business development experience
* Strong sales DNA: driven by results, resilient, and persuasive
* You have a keen interest for the digital world and its expertise
* Bonus point: you have experience in data & AI consulting services
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Perfect command of Dutch and/or French with excellent English
* You are a doer : you enjoy rolling up your sleeves and make things happen
* You are reliable, organized, and have a proactive mindset
