Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding Client Needs: Identify the real needs behind client requests and ensure solutions meet both client requirements and Microsoft 365 best practices.
* Communication: Ensure clients and project teams clearly understand the proposed solutions and remain up-to-date on design and project progress.
* Developing Innovative Solutions: Design and deliver modern solutions that meet client needs and add value to their organisation.
* Quality Focus: Apply standards and best practices to continuously raise project quality.
* Information Architecture: Design, configure, and document the information architecture (including content types, metadata, roles, and permissions).
* Collaboration: Actively support the team and clients to identify and resolve challenges as they arise.
* Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate risks such as scope creep, technical challenges, or other potential issues to the project manager.
* Constructive Communication: Engage with clients in a professional, constructive way to ensure their requirements are fully understood and addressed.
