For a well-established logistics company specializing in the distribution of frozen food products, we are looking for a motivated Order Picker to join the freezer warehouse team. You will work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. Your role As an Order Picker in the freezer warehouse, you are responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that frozen goods are ready on time for delivery to supermarkets across the Benelux region. Your responsibilities ➡️Picking frozen food products using a scanner and pick lists ➡️Stacking boxes correctly and securely on pallets ➡️Preparing orders for shipment and placing them in the loading area ➡️Operating an electric pallet truck (EPT/BT) ➡️Are you accurate, physically fit, and ready for an active job in a structured environment? 1. You are not afraid to work in a cold environment
2. You are physically fit and enjoy active warehouse work
3. Experience in logistics or order picking is required
4. Experience with an electric pallet truck (BT) is required (certificate not required)
5. You are reliable, motivated, and a team player
6. Own transportation to the workplace is required

Wat bieden wij jou?
7. Total gross hourly wage including cold allowance: €18,01 per hour
8. (Gross salary: €16,3745 per hour + cold allowance 10% for working in freezer conditions)
9. Meal vouchers: €7/working day
10. Opportunity for a permanent contract after a successful interim period
