You define and govern the security strategy across IT and OT, strengthen network resilience, and manage cybersecurity and AI-related risks in a regulated telecom environment. You enhance the overall cybersecurity maturity, and achieve and maintain ISO 27001 certification. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and execute the security strategy, policies, procedures and related roadmap. /li liLead enterprise, technical, and AI/automation risk management and policy management /li liOversee IT security domains: IAM, cloud/SaaS, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC /li liDefine and govern security for telecom RAN, RAN-OSS, and vendor-managed systems /li liStrengthen security-by-design and resilience through BCP/DR planning, testing, and operational KPIs /li liLead (cyber) crisis preparedness and coordination, including executive escalation, crisis playbooks, communication interfaces, and regular exercises involving MWingz, operators, critical suppliers and relevant authorities. /li liEnsure organisation is in place for cyber-incident detection and response, including SOC/NOC collaboration /li liManage third-party and supply chain security, including vendor requirements and audits. /li liSupervise the application and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) /li liEnsure compliance with Belgian/EU regulations, customer obligations and reporting to authorities /li liPromote a strong security culture through awareness and role-based training /li liEnsure security-by-design and risk-based decision-making across transformation programs, major network evolutions, new platforms, and sourcing changes /li liDefine and operate the security governance model of the joint venture, including clear decision-making, risk acceptance, escalation and reporting mechanisms with MWingz leadership, shareholders/operators, and relevant authorities /li liDefine and report security KPIs/KRIs, risk exposure, compliance status, major incidents, and remediation progress to executive management and governance bodies /li /ul h3Experience Profile /h3 ul li10+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk leadership /li liStrong experience in telecom, critical infrastructure, or highly regulated environments /li liSolid knowledge of security architecture, IAM/PAM, network security, and operations /li liSolid understanding of telecom networks (especially Radio Access Network) and large-scale infrastructure security /li liProven leadership across engineering and operations teams /li liUnderstanding of AI and automation risks and governance /li liRelevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) are a plus /li liStrong executive communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities /li liYou are at least bi-lingual: English and Dutch or French /li /ul h3Key interfaces /h3 pMWingz Board, CEO/MD, Orange Belgium Proximus Security counterparts, risk and internal/external audit team, critical suppliers managed service providers, Network Operations, IT, Engineering, Procurement, Legal/Privacy, vendors, and regulators. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
