Your challenge
As a Paralegal, you provide essential legal and administrative support to our in-house finance and legal team, in alignment with the external legal counselors. You play a key role in managing legal and corporate documentation and ensuring compliance for our Belgian headquarters and our international affiliates.
Maintaining and updating corporate records and key databases (digital and hard copies), including KYC and UBO.
Administering OMP's contract management tool and supporting contract and legal documentation workflows.
Supporting the corporate governance framework of the OMP Group, including shareholder meeting administration and secretarial support.
Drafting, reviewing, and managing corporate and legal housekeeping documentation, compliance, and regulatory filings.
Supporting equity participation matters (including employee shareholder agreements) and managing STAK-related documentation and processes.
Supporting corporate projects (including M&A due diligence and closing), coordinating with internal and international stakeholders, and liaising with external counsels, notaries, and consulates.
Your team
As our new Paralegal, you'll be part of the Finance and Legal team.
The Finance team takes care of the accounting, taxes, treasury, insurances, and legal housekeeping of the OMP Group by providing reports and information to internal and external stakeholders, making sure OMP's growth is supported by good budgeting and cash management. The Legal team acts as a business partner for other OMP departments, ensuring that OMP's growth is duly protected by concluding solid agreements and providing legal advice with a solution-oriented mindset.
About You
Essential talents and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Practice, or Paralegal Studies (or the equivalent experience).
Experience in a paralegal/legal administrative role, ideally in an international environment.
Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with legal and contract management tools.
Strong organizational skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
Able to manage deadlines and multiple priorities, working both independently and in a team.
Available to work at least 80%.
