PRODUCT 2: Coordinating Hotel Rooms & Flights for ENTERTAINMENT GROUPS As a trainee, you will support the coordination of hotel rooms and flights for major esports and tabletop gaming events across Europe. These include well-known brands such as Pokémon, Konami, Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Ravensburger, and STAR WARS. Events can range from 100 to 6,000 hotel rooms, which means every project is unique and challenging. Your tasks may include: Hotel sourcing → Researching and selecting suitable hotels for upcoming events Negotiations → Assisting in rate negotiations and learning how to secure the best deals Budget preparation → Helping set up budgets and working with loyalty programs and commission structures Flight coordination → Supporting the booking and scheduling of flights for crew, staff, and talent Project follow-up → Assisting in tracking contracts and preparing smooth handovers to the project manager Collaboration → Working closely with event organizers, travel partners, and hotels across Europe - and even beyond My biggest compliment: I am like glue – I connect people in unique ways across the globe. Over the years, I’ve built a strong network that trusts me, which often leads me to the craziest projects and the most unique places (and I usually manage to fix the best ideas at the very last moment).
