The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives. This includes designing and executing a global reward framework that balances local regulations, market competitiveness, and business agility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Reward Development: Develop a global reward strategy that ensures compliance with local regulations, market competitiveness, and business agility.
* Process Design and Ownership: Act as the process owner for the global reward framework, from job classification and benchmarking to variable compensation models & benefit packages, including the fleet.
* Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with regional HR professionals to translate the strategy into budgets and working methods (processes, policies, regulations, and practices).
