Job Description – PMO (Project Management Officer)

Languages: Fluent English is mandatory (French is a plus)

About the Role
Cronos Europa is looking for a versatile PMO who can handle both operational daily tasks and structured project management. We manage several framework contracts in the consultancy field for European institutions, where organization, accuracy, and responsiveness are key.

Your Responsibilities
1. Daily Operational Management
* Handle daily requests related to our various framework contracts.
* Coordinate the submission of proposals according to each contract’s specifications.
* Closely monitor deadlines and client expectations.
* Act as an internal point of contact to ensure smooth processes.
2. Project Management
* Organize, structure, and monitor both internal and client projects.
* Ensure follow-up on deliverables, deadlines, and quality standards.
* Manage financial aspects: invoices, bills tracking, consolidation, and reporting.
* Provide clear and regular reporting to management.
Profile
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure in a multitasking environment.
* Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to make quick decisions.
* Previous experience as PMO, Project Manager, or Coordinator is a strong plus.
