Job Description
The HR Advisor is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department. As a key member of the team, you will be tasked with ensuring that all HR policies and processes are clearly described and kept up to date, both internally and externally.
This involves maintaining accurate personnel files, coordinating daily correspondence and dispatch, as well as filing and archiving documents in a secure and efficient manner. Your expertise will also be called upon to ensure effective storing of vital and confidential information, adhering to data privacy regulations.
Additionally, you will play a critical role in supporting the creation of presentations for company communication channels, promoting a positive and open behavior that fosters a good relationship inside and outside the department.
You will work closely with the HR Manager and Director to report any issues and ensure proper follow-up of HR activities, providing overall administrative support to drive organizational objectives forward.
