With the implementation of TogetherHR, we became part of a larger HR ecosystem, allowing us to collaborate more closely and in a more structured way with our global counterparts on the one hand, and relying on the proven capabilities of our colleagues in the Hubs in Poland and Manila on the other.

HR Data Analyst (Data Analyst II – GJA 14)
is part of a team of Data Analysts, Data Management Experts and Employee Journey experts with the following mission

Additionally, we are committed to enabling data-driven decision making through advanced reporting & analytics while also ensuring the strategy is backed by accurate and actionable insights that we bring to the organisation.'
The team's key responsibilities are:
* Non-Workday reporting
* Data analysis
* Business intelligence (for HRBP, COE, ...)
* Knowledge of the local HR IT landscape and integrations
* Connection with the Tech organization and vendors
* Connection with our global organization on global assets
The HR Data Analyst
uses and builds reports to generate insights from data and brings these insights to stakeholders within HR and to the wider business to support data-driven decisions.
In your role, you:
* collaborate closely with your colleagues' & experts
* Can be a back-up, both for Cognos & Workday as well as knowledge of Workday data model
* Move towards trend detectors, analytics, AI and automation, less on purely operational reporting
* Report Creation (excluding Workday)
* Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights
* Provide support for EUCs and other automation tools in this domain
* Develop into being an ambassador for Data Quality, with strong focus on problem-solving
Competencies &
experience
* Have 3+ years of Data analyst / Data conversion experience
* Experience with Workday and/or HR data is a plus
* Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Able to proactively identify and manage risks
* Good written & spoken communication skills in English. Dutch and/or French are a big plus
