Your Responsibilities:
* Execute monthly payroll with precision and timeliness
* Manage variable salary components and ensure accuracy
* Guarantee compliance with Belgian social and tax legislation
* Serve as the go-to expert for complex payroll queries
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external providers
* Support audits and strengthen internal controls
Your Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience
* Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation
* Familiarity with BLOX (SD Worx) or similar systems
* Fluent in Dutch & English
* Detail-oriented, discreet, and an excellent communicator
