Job Vacancy: Freelance Project Leader – Electrical Cabling Infrastructure

About the Role
We are looking for a Project Leader Electrical Cabling Infrastructure to support and lead high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects. In this role, you will contribute to cable projects across voltage levels ranging from 36 kV up to 380 kV, playing a key role from initial concept through to project completion.
You will be part of a dynamic infrastructure projects department and benefit from extensive training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Leader, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle:
* Project Development & Execution
* Contribute to project definition, studies, and design phases
* Technical Expertise
* Perform and supervise technical studies
* Carry out engineering calculations and analyses
* Planning & Budgeting
* Procurement
* Prepare tender documentation
* Participate in supplier selection and procurement processes
* Site Coordination
* Lead and coordinate on-site activities
* Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Depending on your experience level, you will either take full ownership of these responsibilities or work under guidance. xphnsxz
Profile
* Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanics, or equivalent through experience
* Strong interest in engineering and the energy sector
* Experience in project management and/or site supervision is an advantage
* Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a strong plus
* Strong sense of responsibility and excellent organizational skills
* Effective communicator with assertiveness and a customer-oriented mindset
* Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
