Your Role
The Public Procurement Consultant acts as an intermediary and facilitator between the end client, their internal clients, and their various suppliers.
* Define the most suitable acquisition strategy for the client's interests.
* Translate purchasing needs into market solutions.
* Support the drafting of functional requirements.
* Manage the stages of the award procedure, in compliance with the legal framework.
* Oversee supplier relations until contract execution to maximize performance.
* Promote the public procurement culture and adherence to principles: equal treatment, competition, transparency, and proportionality.
Your Profile and Skills
1. Profile
* Minimum a Bachelor's degree with a legal, economic, commercial, or technical orientation.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in public procurement.
* In-depth knowledge of public procurement legislation in classical and/or special sectors.
* Perfect command of French, with good knowledge of Dutch and/or English.
* Desired proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Knowledge of SAP MM and 3P is a plus.
* A Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Project Management certification is a plus.
