Job Description
* Maintain and update internal databases with accurate information
* Track and log incoming items and deliveries
* Verify documentation and resolve any inconsistencies
* Organize digital and physical records for easy access and compliance
* Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking when needed
* Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to follow up on timelines and documentation
* Prepare reports and summaries for internal use
* Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
The Successful Applicant
* Detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured data
* Experienced in an administrative role (1-3 years preferred)
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP or database experience is a plus
* Able to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines
* A clear communicator with a proactive mindset
* Organized and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
* Fluent in English and Dutch
