Description
* You will monitor payments and maintain contact with customers as part of accounts receivable management;
* You will enter incoming invoices into our digital system;
* You will process cash transactions and assist with the preparation of VAT returns;
* You will prepare invoices, send them out, and closely track them;
* You will provide administrative support: managing archives, documentation, and ordering office supplies;
* You will prepare financial reports and internal documents.
Your profile
* Is proficient in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel, and enjoys working with digital tools;
* Works with precision, maintains a clear overview, and proactively manages deadlines;
* Communicates clearly and has a customer-focused attitude;
* Takes initiative and works independently, but is also willing to collaborate and value input from others;
* Preferably has experience with (specify accounting software) or is willing to quickly learn it.
* Managing customer or vendor files;
