Responsibilities
* Inspect newly built trucks using a factory-provided checklist after assembly in Poland.
* Perform legal inspections, including ADR certification and meter calibrations.
* Conduct pressure tests on fuel trucks.
* Carry out preventive maintenance on truck superstructures.
* Troubleshoot and repair issues in the workshop.
* Occasionally perform repairs on-site at customer locations.
* Retrofit existing units to integrate new technologies.
Tasks & Required Knowledge
* Assist with ADR inspections: dismantle safety valves, test their functionality on a test bench, pressurize tanks, adjust manhole covers, etc.
* Diagnose malfunctions of electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
* Perform assembly and disassembly work on components such as pumps, collectors, pipes, and remote controls.
* Calibrate meters and measurement systems.
* Perform minor welding repairs.
* Retrofit existing units with updated technology solutions.
* Possession of a valid B(E) driver’s license — a C(E) license is a plus but not mandatory.
* Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems and troubleshooting.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to occasionally travel for on-site repairs.
