We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer, this role focuses on improving reliability and efficiency across industrial installations and utilities. The position involves analysing operational performance, identifying weak points, and strengthening maintenance processes. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and external partners to ensure safe and continuous production. The role also supports technical upgrades, modifications, and long-term asset performance strategies. Analyse maintenance and failure data to improve reliability and optimise asset performance Develop and refine maintenance strategies, including preventive and predictive approaches Lead or support root cause investigations and implement corrective improvements Define critical spare parts and support supplier selection and maintenance tenders Act as technical contact for installation changes, upgrades, and process optimisation initiatives What we expect from you: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electromechanics, energy technology, or similar field Experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or production environment Knowledge of systems such as HVAC, compressed air, steam, water, and electrical infrastructure Fluent Dutch and English English What you can expect from us: TMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
