Senior Developer - Cloud & Automation Projects

CloudBizz is looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead the development and evolution of our cloud-centric platforms and internal tools. As a senior member of the team, you will drive architectural decisions, mentor junior developers and build robust, scalable applications to enhance the company's service offering. This role is ideal for someone with solid technical experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to shape the future of cloud infrastructure and digital workplace services.
Main responsibilities
* Design, develop and maintain complex software solutions used internally and by customers.
* Drive cloud integrations, custom APIs, automation tools and monitoring dashboards.
* Participate in architectural design decisions with scalability and security in mind.
* Ensure software quality through unit testing, code reviews and CI/CD best practices.
* Work closely with product, IT and support teams to deliver effective solutions.
* Coach and mentor junior developers, promoting code quality and professional growth.
* Document processes and systems and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
* Keep up to date with technological trends, particularly around SaaS, DevOps and cybersecurity.
Skills and Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years' professional development experience.
* Proficiency in Python, Node.js or C#, and experience with REST APIs.
* Good command of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js or Angular).
* Solid understanding of cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure).
* Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
* Strong experience with Git, Agile workflows and issue tracking systems.
* Ability to write secure, maintainable and well-documented code.
* Fluency in French or Dutch and good professional English (spoken and written).
Additional assets
* Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform).
* Experience with identity management, OAuth2, SSO integrations.
* Experience in IT services, managed solutions or cloud-native companies.
