In order to accelerate growth and reinforce the Technical Operations, we are looking for a Process & Reliability Engineer. This role is based in Hoboken.
The Head of Process & Reliability Engineering Operations and Continuous Improvement plays a key role in the development of our technical positioning and development. You are a skilled professional with a strong and broad knowledge of industrial processes and technical-commercial capabilities. This role leads the development of reliability engineering and custom solutions adapted to customer processes.
More specific, you are in charge of the following activities:
1. develop reliability engineering capability within the division with a special focus on rotating equipment and fluid processing solutions
2. lead the development of a reliability engineering business
3. manage complex fluid processing skids projects
4. identify high added value application and trigger opportunities
5. act as a change agent, coaching, mentoring and influencing at all levels
6. develop, train and mentor employees to foster a strong culture of cross-functional solutions development
In this function you report to the Industrial Projects Department Manager.
What do you need?
1. degree in business management, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
2. 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial processes and/or reliability engineering and/or electromechanical service
3. ability to build commercial proposals
4. excellent coaching capabilities
5. keen to challenge the status-quo and to continuously improve
6. open to travel in Belgium
7. fluency in Dutch and basic knowledge of French & English
