We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to strengthen our team based in Liège.
Job purpose:
As a Customer Service Agent, you act as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments (logistics, sales, legal, operations), ensuring accurate follow-up and a smooth, efficient customer experience from booking to final file processing.
Your responsibilities:
* Process and follow up on booking requests received by email
* Accurately enter data into the internal ERP system
* Ensure comprehensive administrative follow-up of customer files
* Coordinate with internal teams
* Identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
* Handle complaints professionally
* Prepare files in the event of a dispute and collaborate with the legal department
* Escalate sensitive or urgent situations to the relevant departments
Your profile:
* Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, law, accounting or administration
* Previous experience in customer service is an asset
* Fluency in English and French
* Comfortable with IT tools and data entry
* Organized, methodical and solution-oriented
* Ability to handle multiple requests at the same time while effectively prioritizing tasks
* Team spirit and willingness to learn in a demanding environment
Working conditions:
Daytime hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday) – 38 hours/week
