Are you a precision-driven professional with a Bachelor's degree and a genuine passion for high-end laboratory work? While others might chase management ladders, do you find your fulfillment in mastering the technical details and becoming the "go-to" specialist in your field? At this company, we offer you the chance to evolve into a true authority in advanced analytical techniques within an innovative, international environment.
The Challenge: Depth Over Repetition
In this role, you won't just be following a script; you will be performing hands-on, complex analytical methods for protein-based molecules such as monoclonal antibodies and enzymes. This is a position designed for those who love technical mastery. You will start by conquering one core technique—such as chromatography or electrophoresis—and gradually broaden your expertise to become a specialized reference person for the team.
Your Responsibilities
* Technical Execution: perform in-depth analysis, identification, and quantification of protein-based molecules.
* End-to-End Lab Work: prepare buffers/solutions, handle sample preparations, and precisely set up analytical instruments (e.g., HPLC or CE).
* Data Integrity: conduct first-line analysis of generated data, document results in clear reports, and maintain stability trending files.
* Critical Problem Solving: this is not a repetitive job; you must think logically about dilutions and sample requirements. If data deviates, you dive in to find the root cause.
* Collaboration: work closely with supervisors to design and execute experiments for both industrial and academic partners.
Your Profile
We are looking for a dedicated craftsman who values stability and quality over rapid upward mobility.
* Education: you hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Laboratory Technology. Please note: Due to the specific expert-level nature of this role, it is not open to Master's degree holders.
* Experience: you have 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical lab, or you completed an intensive internship focusing on instrumentation and buffer preparation.
* Technical Skills: basic knowledge of protein chemistry is required. Experience with (Capillary) Electrophoresis is a significant plus.
* Mindset: you are meticulous, critical of your own results, and possess a "problem-solving" mentality.
* Communication: you are fluent in English (written and spoken).
What We Offer
In addition to a challenging role that allows you to establish yourself as a leading expert, we provide a comprehensive and competitive benefits package:
* Innovation and Ambition: you will join an ambitious, privately-owned laboratory organization at the forefront of the latest scientific advancements.
* Dynamic International Environment: you will work within a high-energy team set in an inspiring, international professional landscape.
* Recognition and Remuneration: you can count on an attractive salary package that is fully aligned with your responsibilities and proven expertise. xphnsxz
