Your Role
The Travel Department is responsible for the organization, coordination and administrative follow-up of the (international) travel routes of employees of Jan De Nul Group (crew, staff and external parties), including all associated formalities.
We are currently looking for a new colleague. Your main duties and responsibilities consist of:
* the registration of the flight data
* performing hotel reservations
* recording and following up on visa procedures
* the follow-up and application of rental cars and other travel documents
For this you take care of the complete administration and you keep all travel information carefully. You report directly to the Teamlead Travel department and make contacts throughout the organization.
What do you need?
You have a Bachelor's degree in an administrative or tourism direction. You have several years of relevant work experience in a similar position. Recent graduates are also eligible. You are customer-oriented, have a strong planning and organizational capacity and are looking forward to initiative. Your knowledge of English is excellent and you work smoothly with MS Office tools.
