Manage HR reporting and ensure the accurate extraction and analysis of data from SuccessFactors and other HR databases.

Support the payroll preparation process through data reporting and system updates.

Update and optimize HR development tools and reporting dashboards.
*
Lead projects related to virtualization and improvement of HR data systems.
*
Present clear and structured reporting through Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for internal stakeholders.
*
Strong expertise in SuccessFactors and HR data reporting.
*
Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
*
Proven experience in data extraction, Payroll, HR reporting, and HR project support.
*
Native or fluent in French; English is an asset.
*
Available 5/5 days per week (minimum 4/5 possible if needed).
