#We are looking for a Test Engineer for one of our clients in the automotive sector.
Execute and monitor tests on transmission components, subsystems, and full prototypes according to the validation plan.
Translate abstract or functional test requirements into concrete test procedures.
Operate and maintain test rigs, ensuring accurate and repeatable results.
Develop, improve, and automate test processes using software tools (Python, Matlab/Simulink, LabView, CANape).
Analyse test data, prepare reports, and support design validation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, hydraulic, control, and software engineers to resolve technical or operational blockers.
Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance of the systems under test.
#Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or equivalent through experience.
1–5 years of experience in engineering, testing, or industrial automation.
~ Hands-on experience with mechanical/electro-mechanical systems or test benches.
~ Familiarity with CAD tools, data acquisition, and basic programming (C/C++, Python, Arduino, Matlab).
~ Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
Knowledge of transmission systems, hybrid powertrains, or automated assembly systems.
Willingness to relocate and travel within Europe for testing facilities.
