What You’ll DoAs a Customer Success Consultant, you’ll work closely with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience while acting as a trusted financial and product advisor.Onboard new customers and guide them through implementationConfigure and set up the SaaS application to match customer needsAct as a consultant for financial and operational questionsSupport customers post-onboarding to ensure long-term successCollaborate closely with Product and Technical teamsTake ownership in a small team where versatility is keyGrow into a more senior or team lead role as the company scalesThis role combines customer success, consulting, and hands-on configuration.
