We are looking for a versatile Travel Customer Care Assistant to support the DiscoverEU team in delivering smooth travel coordination and high-quality participant support.br / br / br / stronguKey Responsibilities /ubr / emTravel Customer Care /em /strong /p ul liRespond promptly to participant enquiries via email and chat, ensuring agreed service levels are met /li liCoordinate travel logistics, including booking support, document verification, and expense/invoice tracking /li liIdentify and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members when required /li liManage special travel situations (e.g. accessibility needs, lost tickets, rebookings) and maintain accurate records /li liEnsure compliance with internal procedures, data protection rules, and financial guidelines /li liSupport administrative tasks and team coordination as needed /li liTroubleshoot participant documentation issues and follow escalation processes /li /ul pbr / emstrongAdmin, IT Tools /strong /em /p ul liUse internal platforms and helpdesk tools to efficiently assist participants /li liWork with databases, IT systems, and standard office tools /li liEnsure all data handling complies with GDPR and internal IT security protocols /li liPromote sustainability principles as part of EMAS commitments /li /ul /td /tr trtd no-style="font-weight:bold;" colspan="2"Company /td /trtrtd colspan="2"pOur client is an international company specialised in event management and participant engagement, delivering large-scale European projects such as DiscoverEU. /p pIf you recognise yourself in this opportunity, we would be delighted to meet you and support you throughout the process, we are here for you, every step of the way. /p pYou are perfect just as you are, regardless of who you are or where you come from.
