🚨 We Are Hiring – Insulation Foreman | Antwerp, Belgium 🇧🇪
We are currently looking for an experienced Insulation Foreman for an industrial project based in Antwerp, Belgium.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience supervising insulation activities within industrial, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC environments.
Key Requirements
✔️ Proven experience as an Insulation Foreman on industrial projects
✔️ Strong practical knowledge of:
* Hot insulation systems
* Cold insulation systems
* Acoustic insulation systems
✔️ Good knowledge of the CINI insulation standard/system
✔️ Ability to read drawings, isometrics, and technical specifications
✔️ Experience coordinating insulation teams and subcontractors on site
✔️ Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and industrial safety requirements
✔️ Good communication and organizational skills
✔️ English language proficiency required
✔️ Valid EU work authorization

Main Responsibilities
* Supervise daily insulation activities on site
* Coordinate insulation technicians and subcontractors
* Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, procedures, and specifications
* Monitor productivity and project schedule targets
* Coordinate material availability with logistics and warehouse teams
* Ensure proper installation of insulation systems and cladding according to CINI requirements
* Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
* Ensure proper PPE usage and safe working practices
* Coordinate lifting activities and site access requirements
* Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to Project Management
* Participate in inspections, punch listing, and QA/QC activities
* Identify and resolve technical and execution issues on site
* Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas
* Support planning and coordination with other disciplines
Preferred / Advantageous
➕ Experience with Electrical Heat Tracing (EHT) works
➕ Previous experience in petrochemical, refinery, LNG, or industrial construction projects
➕ CompEx or equivalent certification
➕ Previous experience working in Belgium or other European industrial sites
