We're looking for a Tender Specialist to join our Battery Vertical – someone who thrives in process-driven environments and knows how to keep complex projects on track, on time, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for all legal documentation
* Ensure flawless communication with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners throughout the RFQ lifecycle
* Lead or support bidding preparation: schedule kick-off calls, milestone reviews, and submission deadlines
* Manage and support the full tender lifecycle: planning, organizing, directing, and submitting high-quality logistics RFQs (including transportation and warehousing)
* Translate customer needs into well-defined pricing strategies and rate structures
* Request transport prices, compare quotes, prepare clean, well-documented offers
* Perform sanity checks, version control, and track all pricing rounds with rigorous attention to accuracy
* Manage version control, uploads, and additional pricing rounds
* Maintain up-to-date pipeline reports and status trackers for all active and completed RFQs
* Provide structured administrative support to the Battery Vertical team
Qualifications
* Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or tender coordination (battery/EV sector is a plus)
* Exceptionally organized, accurate, and structured in handling data, deadlines, and documentation
* Advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English; knowledge of French, German, or Chinese is a strong asset
* Experienced in working within virtual and international teams

Job Requirements
What You Bring:
* Education: Degree in Economics, Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Development, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract or warehouse logistics, demonstrating a strong understanding of logistics processes and best practices.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
* Experience with AutoCAD/CLASS (or similar layout tools) is highly desirable.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25%.
* Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, independent, results-oriented, and a collaborative team player, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
