OverviewAs a CTO - BESS & Solar, you will be responsible for providing strategic and technical leadership in the organization, overseeing the design, development, implementation, and optimization of energy storage systems and solar power projects.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a technical roadmap to support growth and innovation, and expand the technical department accordingly.Manage projects end-to-end: from concept and engineering to execution and operational optimization, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.Select EPC and O&M contractors, lead tender management, and evaluate EPC contracts both technically and financially.Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to optimize pricing while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.Act as the primary technical point of contact for EPC contractors, internal teams, technical consultants, and subcontractors.Monitor operational system performance and implement improvements to ensure efficiency and reliability.Your ProfileMaster\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related technical field.Extensive experience in the energy sector, with a strong focus on BESS and solar projects.Deep technical knowledge of battery storage systems, photovoltaic technology, and energy management solutions.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
