What will you do… The Team Lead Professional Services ensures high-quality, KPI-driven delivery and cross-functional integration across Professional Services teams, shaping operational execution and strategic development. The role drives operational excellence and resource efficiency, while contributing to service innovation and supporting strategic sales opportunities. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team through coaching, performance management, and target setting. Act as a mentor for team people & key people in Professional Service. Plans, prioritizes, and allocates resources in alignment with PM, Service, and Sales to ensure efficiency. Monitoring project progress in terms of time, budget, and quality. Early identification and assessment of risks and initiation of appropriate mitigation measures, incl. escalation handling Ensures technical execution quality, standards adherence, and promotes best practices. Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. Prince2 Practitioner, PMP professional, IPMA-B, Scrum) or agile frameworks are highly beneficial Strong methodological knowledge in project planning, risk governance, and cross-functional resource coordination. Proficiency in ERP and project management systems (e.g. D365, MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow), with the ability to guide tool governance and usage across teams. experience in managing complex, customer-facing technical projects or service delivery portfolios in IT, telecom, or healthcare industries leadership experience managing multidisciplinary and cross-regional teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance development. Demonstrated ownership of financial performance (e.g. EBIT, utilization, forecast accuracy), including direct responsibility for resource planning and delivery KPIs Proven track record in contributing to or leading bid support, commercial validation, and sales-driven project design for strategic customers. knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
