About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a people leadership and operational coordination role within a cutting-edge biotech production environment.
As Production Supervisor, you will focus on team leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination, rather than hands-on cleanroom work.
If you bring 3–5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment and are looking to grow into a supervisory role, this could be a strong next step.
Responsibilities
* Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for operational issues
* Lead and supervise teams throughout the CAR-T production process
* Ensure compliance with GMP/cGMP standards and regulatory requirements
* Coordinate cross-functional activities and support troubleshooting
* Oversee and review documentation (procedures, batch records, logs, etc.)
* Support batch record review and release readiness
* Manage team planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (efficiency, quality, cost)
* Coach, develop, and support team members
* Support hiring and team expansion efforts
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific field (bio-engineering, pharmacy, life sciences), or equivalent experience
Experience:
Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (pharma, biotech, medical devices, or food)
Prior people leadership experience OR clear readiness to step into a supervisory role
Required Skills
* Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to motivate and guide an intercultural team
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Good understanding of GMP and cleanroom operations
* Comfortable with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Detail-oriented and process-driven
* Able to prioritise, multitask, and solve problems effectively in a calm and structured manner
This is a permanent position operating in a 4-days-on / 4-days-off shift structure, offering a competitive salary and benefits package including shift premiums, double pay on Sundays, meal vouchers, insurance coverage, and performance-related bonuses.
