Your Role We’re looking for a hands‑on AI Integration Engineer to bridge our AI and our internal software team. You’ll translate AI technology into practical, working solutions for our products and processes.
You will:
Build, test, and integrate AI models into our website, existing software and hardware ecosystem.
Work closely with your colleagues to bring AI ideas to life.
Support colleagues with tools, knowledge, and practical training.
Identify opportunities where AI can deliver measurable business value.
You Bring
Solid experience with AI implementation or data‑driven systems.
A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset — you love to build, not just manage.
Curiosity and a passion for applying AI in real‑world industrial environments.
Strong analytical and integration skills.
Familiarity with programming languages such as
Python, MATLAB, C#, or similar
is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Although hybrid work is possible, this is not a remote position.
You’ll need to work on‑site regularly in Schelle, especially during your first months, to get familiar with our hardware tools, software platforms, and workflows.
