Together with a team of employees, you ensure the smooth operation of daily spray and blast activities. /liliCoordination: You coordinate all daily spray and blast activities, ensuring compliance with strict quality requirements. /liliOrganization: As a Production Manager, you are responsible for your staff and the management of equipment, consumables, and machinery (e.g., scissor lifts, exhaust systems). /liliSupervision: You lead and motivate a team of industrial painters/blast workers, supervisors, and a QC Inspector. /liliPlanning: You create a schedule and can make an accurate estimate of the number of employees, materials, and machinery required to complete the job successfully. /liliQuality: You monitor quality and ensure work is carried out in accordance with the Inspection and Test Plan. Additionally, you contribute to problem-solving. /liliSafety: You organize weekly safety walks and ensure your team wears the correct PPE in the right places. /liliEfficiency: You promote process efficiency and progress control. /liliImprovement: You resolve operational issues and propose improvements. /liliReporting: You report to the Production Manager. /li /ul br /pYour profile: /ppbr / /pulliHigher technical degree (Bachelor#39;s or Master#39;s) and some prior work experience. /liliWillingness to learn about spray and blast techniques. /liliStrong communication skills. /liliWillingness to further develop leadership skills. /liliFamiliarity with NACE1, ICORR1, or FROSIO1? Excellent! Or are you willing to learn and obtain certification?
