PpThe purpose of the legal counsel function is to deliver practical legal support in corporate and commercial law, focusing on contract management, compliance, litigation and risk mitigation. The role supports all business lines with a service-oriented approach. /p h3Your tasks responsibilities /h3 ul liDraft, review negotiate contracts (procurement, engineering, construction); /li liSupport business on claims litigation, in close contact with external lawyer or insurer where applicable; /li liCollaborate across cement, concrete aggregates business lines including key projects; /li liPrepare templates and use digital tools to streamline legal processes; /li liWork in interdisciplinary, international teams. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liYou are a qualified Belgian lawyer (master’s degree in Law) with a focus on contract and corporate commercial law.
