A leading international pharmaceutical company, with a strong heritage in specialty care and a growing footprint in the women’s health domain, is looking for an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to support its medical affairs team in the BeNeLux region.About the RoleAs Medical Science Liaison, you will act as a key scientific contact for healthcare professionals and opinion leaders, facilitating non-promotional, evidence-based discussions across a portfolio of specialized therapies. You will be instrumental in communicating medical insights, supporting clinical strategies, and contributing to cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted scientific resource, engaging in peer-to-peer discussions with healthcare professionals and external experts.Provide field-based support on medical inquiries, including off-label or pipeline-related topics.Develop and manage scientific relationships across the BeNeLux region.Share insights on ongoing clinical trials and pipeline developments.Deliver scientific training and content support for internal teams.Identify emerging medical trends and opportunities in the field.Lead and support medical projects, such as advisory boards, educational events, and scientific content development.Candidate ProfileScientific or medical degree (Master's required; PhD is a plus).Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in an MSL role.Background in gynecology or fertility is a strong advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects independently.Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.Willing to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg.Valid driver’s license required.Why Apply?Join a mission-driven company with a strong legacy and growth ambitions in women’s health.Contribute to meaningful scientific exchange that improves patient care.Work in a hybrid environment that values both collaboration and flexibility.Be part of a supportive, dynamic medical affairs team that values expertise and innovation.
