Your responsibilities: As IT Support engineer you will be the link between our IT service desk and employees. Provide first-line technical support for hardware and software issues. Install, configure, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment. Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees (e.g., account setup, access rights). Managing invoices received by the service desk Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary. In short, a job full of variety! You are organized and rigorous You are comfortable working in French & English. Dutch is a plus, not a must.
