As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking for a Partner Law (M/F/X) to join its dedicated team. You will work across both advisory and litigation matters for a diverse and high-level client base.

As a Partner, you will play a key role in:
Leading strategic cases in employment, pensions, and benefits law, combining advisory work, litigation, and transactional matters. Developing and maintaining strong national and international client relationships by providing tailored, clear, and actionable legal advice. Collaborating with, mentoring, and developing the legal team, while sharing best practices and maintaining high professional standards. Actively contributing to the strategic growth of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice through legal watch, innovation, and market awareness.

Autonomy, precision, and expertise
Profile sought:
Master’s degree in Belgian law, with a specialization or strong focus on employment law. At least 4 years of relevant experience in social/employment law, acquired in a law firm or corporate environment. Strong legal accuracy combined with a pragmatic mindset and a solution-oriented approach. Up-to-date knowledge of current legal developments and case law in the field of employment and social law. A team player who values collaboration, mutual support, and knowledge sharing. Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and an excellent level of legal English.
